CORRUGATED BOXES

CORRUGATED PADS

PART NUMBER: GLI-1002 I-PAC’s corrugated cardboard pads are excellent for using as padding between fragile items and great for use as a layering pad on pallets to disperse weight. Pads help keep tops of products dust free during storage and helps prevent strapping and forklift damage.

CORRUGATED FAN-FOLDS

PART NUMBER: GLI-1004 I-PAC’s Corrugated fan-fold is a continuous corrugated board, accordion folded into a bale. Bales are either pre-scored to fit customer specifications, for a specific box shape and size, or not scored to be used to package products that have varying lengths and widths, helping you save money and reduce your multiple box Stock Keeping Unit.

CORRUGATED ROLLS

PART NUMBER: GLI-1003 I-PAC’s corrugated rolls are rigid, resilient and recyclable paper-based packaging material. Designed for cushioning and puncture resistance, single-face rolls are ideally suited for flat products that need protection. Rolls are easy to handle and can be used to interleave or outer wrap. It is also ideal for filling a void within shipping boxes. I-PAC’s single face corrugated rolls are the greener choice by containing 100 % total recycled content. TARPAULIN

It is a large sheet of strong, flexible, water-resistant or waterproof material, often cloth such as canvas or polyester coated with polyurethane, or made of plastics such as polyethylene. In some places such as Australia, and in military slang, a tarp may be known as a hootch. Tarpaulins often have reinforced grommets at the corners and along the sides to form attachment points for rope, allowing them to be tied down or suspended. Inexpensive modern tarpaulins are made from woven polyethylene.

THERMAL PAPER

Thermal paper (sometimes referred to as an audit roll) is a special fine paper that is coated with a material formulated to change color when exposed to heat. It is used in thermal printers, particularly in inexpensive or lightweight devices such as adding machines, cash registers, and credit card terminals. The surface of the paper is coated with a solid-state mixture of dye and a suitable matrix; a combination of a fluoran leuco dye for example.The reactant acid in thermal paper is often bisphenol A (BPA).

STRETCH FILM

Stretch film is a highly stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around items. The elastic recovery keeps the items tightly bound. In contrast, shrink wrap is applied loosely around an item and shrinks tightly with heat. It is frequently used to unitize pallet loads but also may be used for bundling smaller items.

HAND FILM

Hand film is commonly used to unitize pallet loads, but also may be used for wrapping smaller items together. Clear residue-free cast hand stretch film stretches up to 100%, which contributes to its excellent resistance against tearing. Our stretch film wraps are also available from 60 gauge to 120 gauge for various load types.

CLING FILM

Cling film is a thin plastic film typically used for sealing food items in containers to keep them fresh over a longer period of time. Plastic wrap, typically sold on rolls in boxes with a cutting edge, clings to many smooth surfaces and can thus remain tight over the opening of a container without adhesive.

BOPP FILM

BOPP film with a low threshold of welding, with high coefficient of friction for a special purposes, for high quality rotogravure and flexographic printing and lamination. The main advantages are: A wide range of heat sealing; contains antistatic and antiblocking additives; excellent optical properties; good mechanical properties.

SHRINK FILM

Shrink film, is a material made up of polymer plastic film. When heat is applied, it shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering.Heat can be applied with a handheld heat gun (electric or gas), or the product and film can pass through a heat tunnel on a conveyor.

POF SHRINK FILM

Polyolefin shrink film is a perfect shrink film Toxic Free. Polyolefin has excellent low shrink temperature property.Its shrink temperature same as PVC shrink film. With a quick shrink, good seal strength and over 70% shrinkage, it can perform perfectly even under the worst shrink conditions.

PVC SHRINK FILM

PVC Shrink Films are used for sleeve materials as labels that are applied to a container and shrunk to fit the contours of the container through the addition of heat.Excellent flatness for printing.No flappy phenomenon.Heat is applied,which catalyzes the film to shrink tightly around the item placed within.

HEAT SHRINK BAGS

The heat shrink bags are widely used in industrial gift packaging,for dust-proof and beautification function,which can be seen everywhere in supermarket.Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, colorless and odorless, and can even be used for packaging ingredients.

PET STRAPS

PET Strap, which is produced from environment protective “Polythene Terephthalate “material or pet chips. Being a substitute of steel strap it is used with manual strapping tool through clip sealing or battery operated pet strap sealing tool. PP STRAPS

CUSHIONING / SURFACE PROTECTION

I-PAC supplies a diverse variety of interior packaging to protect products from the external effects of handing, transportation and storage. These include bubble pack in rolls and sheets, air pillows, Styrofoam sheets, foam in place, foam loose, foam blocks and sheets, Kraft and newsprint paper, packing tissue and poly-sheeting. KRAFT PAPER

PART NUMBER: GLI-1008 I-PAC’s Kraft paper is a 100% biodegradable natural product. The pulp is made from long virgin fibers of maritime pine and is not bleached, to ensure minimum chemical processing and to retain the wood’s natural color. Kraft paper biodegrades entirely naturally. Just like the leaves from the trees, Kraft paper decomposes naturally within a few weeks returning to its initial form of cellulose fibers

FOAM BLOCKS & SHEETS

PART NUMBER: GLI-1009 -PAC’s Polyethylene foam is a strong and resilient closed-cell foam. Ideally suited as the material or a component material in shock absorbing products, this closed-cell foam padding is also a great way to dampen the effects of vibration. This makes it an excellent packaging material for items that may receive indelicate handling or require long-distance transportation.
